FREE to Buyers and Sellers:

Tech-Assist is a FREE advertising and networking service for buyers and sellers
of used:
          Semiconductor manufacturing equipment;
          Printed Circuit Board (PCB/SMT) and Assembly Manufacturing Equipment;
          Flat Panel Display (FPD) manufacturing equipment;
          Fiber Optics manufacturing equipment;
          Optics & Compact Disk (CD) manufacturing equipment;
          Automatic Test Equipment (ATE);
          Vacuum, sputtering and evaporation systems.


RESTRICTIONS:

      - End Users NEVER PAY Tech-Assist any fees or commissions;
      - Brokers, Resellers and Rebuilders pay Tech-Assist a service fee
        of ONLY 2% whenever:
            1) a referral is issued;
            2) and the referral 'leads to a sale' (A SALE MUST OCCUR);
            3) and the broker/reseller validates the sale;
            4) and ONLY 0.5% of amounts over $100K;
      - Tech-Assist CANNOT own or have any financial interest in:
            1) items listed for sale;
            2) or items 'WANTED'.

NO Conflict of Interest:

      Tech-Assist does not own and cannot buy, sell or broker used equipment.


BUYER and SELLER LISTING RULES:
All listing companies and brokers/resellers are asked not to list equipment for sale
by other brokers, resellers or rebuilders. That is, the listor should either own the
equipment listed or is brokering equipment for sale by an End User.
